To prevent the fish from curling, press down gently with your hand or a spatula.
Flip the fish and continue frying for an additional 3-5 minutes, adjusting the time based on the thickness of the fillets.
For an extra touch, add butter to the pan, allowing it to melt and baste the fish for a shiny finish and crispy skin.
Squeeze some fresh lemon over the cooked fish just as you are ready to do the plating
